• Keep a fitness journal. A well-documented plan has a better chance of succeeding, so make sure you write down goals, plans, daily habits, etc.

• Clean up your life. More specifically, your pantry and fridge. You need all the help you can get and a freezer filled with ice cream is not one of them. Stock up on healthy food and make sure you don’t let in your kitchen anything that might hinder your reaching your goal.

Anytime Fitness Supports Toys for Tots!

Every year, Anytime Fitness supports the US Marine’s Toys for Tots drive by providing donation bins and encouraging our members to give.  Our members have been very generous over the years, donating thousands of dollars worth of new toys to deserving children.  This year we hope to break all of our donation records!

You don’t have to be a member to donate.  Simply drop off your donation of unwrapped new toys in their original packaging at any of our three Reno health clubs during our staffed hours.  There is no obligation to join the club, but if you do join and donate at least one toy, we will waive your enrollment fee.  All toys must be donated by December 10th to give the Marines enough time to collect and distribute the toys.  Call 746-8400 if you have any questions.

Reno Gyms – Who are we?

Hello, and welcome to the website for the Reno gyms of Anytime Fitness. We’re so glad you stopped by, and we hope that over the next weeks and months, you learn a lot about fitness and health as it applies to you and your loved ones!

We are a family of gyms in Reno, NV, where people love us for such things as close to home convenience, clean and complete workout facilities, affordable monthly dues and more… oh, and of course we’re open to members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

But enough about that… we’re not here to advertise. The thing is, we don’t want to be just another one of the many Reno gyms in the area. Not that there’s anything wrong with them, but we just think that there’s so much more to fitness and health than simply showing up at the gym! (Though that’s a big part of it.)

Reno fitness, we feel, should be a way of life… and what better way to start but by education? Let’s put it this way: if you want to bake a cake, what’s the first thing you need? A recipe! Think of this site as your recipe for health. A place to go for information and inspiration on what you can do to achieve health and fitness for not just you, but your entire family as well!

Yes, of course we’ll have updates on the latest news, events and specials for our Reno gyms. It would be a disservice to you good folks if we didn’t! However that’s just the start, and with a little feedback from you, we can make this one of the best places to go for awesome information on Reno health!
